System III is described in the source as a multi-mode Kazutama system for professional use. It includes Five Elements, Jomon Gate and a code library. Feature names are system terminology, not a guarantee of medical measurement or scientific accuracy.

① New “Blessing Waterway Measurement” Added

Mr. Shoichiro Yoshinouchi explains:

“From 1996 until 2019, our vibrational counseling work focused on the individual's consciousness field.

From 2020 onward, we became able to measure by accessing the collective consciousness, which lies deeper than the individual consciousness field and is considered a causal realm.

Furthermore, starting in 2025, we discovered a measurement method capable of accessing the realm of consciousness known as Cosmic Consciousness, which exists beyond collective consciousness and is regarded as the root cause of all causes.”

This new method is called “Blessing Waterway Measurement.”

Through a five-step process, Blessing Waterway Measurement can create vibrational water believed to have the highest effectiveness.

Many users who have already experimented with this method have reported positive results. Verification has also indicated that its corrective effects exceed those of existing measurement methods.

In “Automatic” mode, the user only needs to press the initial measurement button. After that, the computer automatically performs all measurements and transfer processes. When using this mode, both the photograph and the water should be placed on the device.

If you wish to view the intermediate measurement results or create vibrational water more carefully while checking each step, select “Manual” mode.

In Manual mode, button operations are required during measurement and transfer. After each transfer is completed and before proceeding to the next measurement, do not forget to take a sip of the prepared water.

② Changes to the Five Elements Mutual Generation and Control First Measurement Program

• Number of acquired correction codes increased from 4 to 6.

• Measurement counts changed from “5, 10, 15, 20, 25” to “1–10.”

As a result of these changes, the effectiveness of correcting vibrational disturbances in the three-dimensional consciousness realm has improved. In other words, the corrective effects are indicated to be stronger than in previous versions.

③ Jomon Gate Measurement Program Enhanced

During the transfer process, 46 special vibrational codes are transferred together.

As a result, a “Blessing Waterway” is established, allowing reception of cosmic energy, also referred to as Divine Love.

Since 1996, I have been conducting vibrational counseling almost every day.

For these sessions, I use a manual measurement device called KTS-PRO.

Changing the Subconscious Changes Reality

According to psychologist Carl Jung’s model of consciousness, only about 5% of our awareness exists in the conscious mind.

The remaining 95% consists of the subconscious mind.
